Call of Duty Modern Warfare II drops players into an unprecedented global conflict that features the return of the iconic operators of Task Force 141. Modern Warfare II follows 2019’s blockbuster Modern Warfare across a gripping story campaign. The new release continues to advance the series with deep multiplayer modes, maps, playlist and technical innovations.


We as Day One were involved in the PR and influencer marketing in the Benelux, adding the launch of Warzone 2.0 and upcoming multiplayer seasons in 2023.


In September of 2022 we supported Activision with the Call of Duty Next event. This event took place in Los Angeles and was the first time that Modern Warfare II was shown to the public. We arranged everything for the presence of Royalistiq in Los Angeles. He had the exclusive opportunity to go to Los Angeles and livestream the game from the venue during the event.


Activision organized a special press event in Amsterdam during the week of the release in October. This event focused on the singleplayer campaign and on the realism and effort that was put into the mission that take place in the city of Amsterdam. For this event we invited multiple triple A journalists from The Netherlands and Belgium. During the event they were presented with multiple features of the singleplayer campaign and they could interview the developers and some of the actors that are playing the operators of Task Force 141 in Call of Duty Modern Warfare II.


Next to that, at launch, we as Day One took care of all PR and influencer management, making sure every outlet published a feature/review and all influencers and streamers got the support they needed.
