Black Adam

In ancient Kahndaq, Teth Adam was bestowed the almighty powers of the gods. After using these powers for vengeance, he was imprisoned, becoming Black Adam. Nearly 5,000 years have passed and Black Adam has gone from man, to myth, to legend. Now released, his unique form of justice, born out of rage, is challenged by modern day heroes who form the Justice Society: Hawkman, Dr. Fate, Atom Smasher and Cyclone.

After its theatrical release in October, Black Adam was released on physical Home Entertainment on 22 February. Day One worked together with several editorials, Comic Cons, influencers, and bloggers. We were able to create an all-round campaign and generate a large amount of buzz. For example RTBF featured a review of the Blu-ray in their Monday morning show. The campaign highlight was the 4 influencers who created a Black Adam-style workout video, trying to recreate Dwayne Johnson’s regime in preparation for the film.
